WT Parker Ltd have been awarded the total Mechanical and Electrical package for this spectacular office development.
The 8 storey building provides 8,500 sq mtrs of office accommodation. The building is fully fan coil air conditioned with a comprehensive building management system. The lighting system is in accordance with the new standard CIBSE LG32001.
