Project details:
111 The Strand project comprises of a new office and retail development providing approximately 3000 sq metres of office accommodation arranged on the first to sixth floors and 800 sq metres of retail space on the ground and lower ground floors.
The contract works involved the installation and commissioning of distribution supplies, lighting and external lighting, small power, mechanical supplies, fire alarm installation and voice/data wireways.
