Greggs Manchester 
WT Parker Ltd has completed a £1.1 million contract at Gregg's new bakery facility in Manchester. The project team at WT Parker worked closely with Gregg's from initial tender stage to develop a unique design solutoin and detailed, co-ordinated installation programme. The new bakery comprises 6,000 sq m of production area, 1,500 sq m of office space and a 500 sq m freezer facility.
The project incorporated sophisticated building services and a controlled environmenet for the production of chilled foods. In addition, many energy saving systems were incorporated into the design.
